Return & Refund Policy
- Check the product in front of the delivery person. If it is damaged or wrong, return it immediately and pay only the delivery charge.
- Report any issue within 3 days of delivery with photos/video.
- Refunds are made to bKash/Nagad within 7 working days after the returned product is received.
- Earrings, cosmetics and items on clearance cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
